India - Vijayanagar

Photogrammetry on location amongst the ruins of Vijayanagara. Just north of the small town of Hampi lies the ruins of one of Indias greatest empires. Destroyed and abandoned in 1646 after being inveaded by a coalition of Islamic sultanates, the ruins lie untouched in the landscape telling a remarkable history. I scanned one temple complex consisting of four unique buildings. I'm also including lots of trees, plants, grasses and ground materials. This is just the beginning, I will add more assets over time and if there is interest I will scan more areas of the ruined city.
